Welcome to our practice!
The principal aim of our practice is to provide you and your pets with the highest standard of veterinary care, in a friendly, helpful and informative environment.
Our Practice provides a first opinion diagnostic service for your pets in times of illness, but we are also there to provide you with the best in preventative healthcare- we would far rather keep your pets well, than have to treat them when they are ill!
Medical care is underpinned by the use of a full range of modern orthodox treatments, and if neccessary, we can arrange referrals to a wide range of specialists, in many fields.
We are equipped to do the vast majority of investigations and surgical procedures, including computerised laboratory facilities on-site, and all surgery is carried out using the latest anaesthetic agents, with procedures constantly monitored by our fully qualified team of veterinary nurses.
We have computerised client records for swift access to patient details and fully itemised invoices.
Our Aims are
---------------------------------------------------------------------
To give a caring, friendly and sympathetic service - committed to our clients and their animals. To provide value for money and uphold our long-standing reputation for giving a first class service.
To provide the best possible veterinary treatment using the latest techniques, equipment and knowledge.
To provide a working atmosphere of such quality and enthusiasm that our clients look forward to visiting our clinic or seeking advice from any member of our staff.
To work as a loyal, happy team, mindful of one another, and so earning the appreciation and respect of colleagues and clients alike.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
The RCVS is the governing body of the veterinary profession in Great Britain. It is also the body that monitors the quality of veterinary care that its members provide. Practices that choose to do so, may elect to be assessed by RCVS inspectors, and if successful, granted the status of a RCVS approved practice.
What does the assessment entail?
The RCVS inspectors examine the practice in detail to ensure that the practice is safe, clean and that it provides a pleasant environment for your pet's care.
The assessment also involves inspection of all safety procedures at the practice including the storage and dispensing of medicines, practice laboratory techniques, sterilising facilities, x-ray equipment and anaesthetic machines.
To reach the standard, all veterinary staff must undergo further training during the year to keep up to date with advances in the veterinary field.
What does this mean for you, the client, and your pet? Our practice was one of the first practices in Hampshire to be examined and granted RCVS Tier 2 status, and we have recently recieved our follow up inspection, which we again have passed. This means that you can be confident that your pet is being treated by staff who are up to date in their field, with excellent facilities at their disposal in a safe, caring environment.
Special Interests. At the Practice we can do most orthopaedics, ophthalmology, cardiology and other major surgery, we have an interest in all medical and surgical conditions.
