In order to try and keep waiting times to a minimum, we operate an appointment system for all our consultations. These are booked at 10 minute intervals, but the vet will spend as much time with you and your pet as the problem requires.Inevitably, emergencies can sometimes upset the best of schedules, but we understand that your time is important, too, and will endeavour to keep you informed of any problems.
